 Usage:

(1)Adopting direct connection between air conveyor and inlet starwheel which is easier for bottle changing.

(2)Adopting clamp transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.

(3)With little abrasion stable transferring, easy to change bottles.

(4)Excellent SS or food level plastic to liquid level.

(5)The bottle-out starwheel is of screwdown shape. No need to adjust transferring chain’s height to different bottles.

Advantages:

(1) More Stable:

 The gap between the wheel gear become more smaller.

‚ The working route of the cap screwing has become curve, which makes the running of the machine more stable.

ƒ The bottle has been entered into the machine by curve, and we increase the upright to the rack in order to reduce the running vibration.

We use liquid steel to reduce the ponding and it is more easier for cleaning.

(3) Machine Maintenance:

We have increased oil supply system to the bearing in order to make the running of the machine more stable.

(4) Changing Parts:

We use bottle jamming to lock the bottle in order to reduce the vibration of the bottle, which make the filling process more convenient.
